STATEMENT OF FAITH

We believe in God the Father who created heaven and earth. He also created men and women in His image as heterosexual beings.

We believe that on the cross, Jesus Christ broke the power of sin over human beings and made reconciliation with God and others possible.

We believe in the power of the Holy Spirit to heal and transform persons from homosexuality to their intended identity as part of God's heterosexual creation.

We believe the Holy Bible is the complete written word of God to us and it is our basis for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in right living.

We believe that individuals who participate in homosexual acts are in sin and not in accord with God's creation intent and by His grace can repent of and abandon such practices.

We believe God's purpose in Christ calls all who believe in Him to participate in the life and worship of a local congregation of believers.

We believe God has called us to a ministry of compassion and reconciliation, proclaiming the freedom which is available through the power of Jesus Christ.
